3. Alignment with EPFO 3.0
Assessing organisational processes in the context of technological advancements and the digital transformation planned under EPFO 3.0, ensuring seamless integration between tech systems and human resources.
4. Benchmarking Cadre Structure
Comparing EPFO’s cadre structure with standard Government of India norms and similarly placed institutions to ensure fairness, consistency, and competitiveness.
5. Recommendations for Restructuring
Suggesting reforms for improving service delivery, institutional efficiency, and better career progression opportunities for EPFO staff and officers.
6. Improving Career Progression & Pay Parity
Examining possibilities for ensuring growth opportunities, pay parity with comparable services, and addressing issues caused by limited promotional avenues.
7. Framework for Induction of Deputationists
Recommending methods for bringing in officers from Central Government and similar institutions to enhance EPFO’s administrative capacity and cross-domain expertise.
8. Deputation & Exchange Opportunities for EPFO Staff
Developing a framework allowing EPFO officers and employees to pursue deputation, exchange programmes, and international exposure for professional development.
