This training must be completed either before promotion or within one year from the date of promotion, as prescribed from time to time under Note 1, Column 11 of Recruitment Rules dated 16.03.2023.

2️⃣ Confirmation Process After Probation
As per the revised Para 4:
After completion of the probation period, each Railway administration will take necessary steps for the confirmation of the officers in the grade of Rajbhasha Adhikari.
The Departmental Confirmation Committee (DCC) at the Railway level will handle this process, following the norms prescribed in Column 12 of Recruitment Rules dated 16.03.2023.
Additionally, the date of confirmation for each candidate must be intimated to the Railway Board after completion.
